Everything was wonderful. Had a really comfortable stay. 3. the employees were pleasant and amicable. 4. the room was tidy, huge, with comfortable beds. 5. the breakfast was included in the price, always a plus.

It was 20 minutes drive to the airport. The staff, everyone, was attentive and best. We booked a neat and huge room with comfortable beds;))

The bed was super comfy, the decor was jaw-dropping, and everything was sparkling clean. The pool was great when not crowded. Plus, the young boy Moses was a legend, always so friendly and helpful. The staff made an effort to entertain guests and I had a blast during New Year's.

I had a wonderful experience at Romano in Negombo. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to stay at the hotel until 9 pm even after we checked out at 12 pm. the room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet, allowing us to sleep peacefully without using earplugs for the first time in Sri Lanka. the hotel is also conveniently located just 1 km away from the beautiful Negombo Beach. I would highly recommend Romano for its excellent service and comfortable rooms. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! 🌟.

The general areas were also well-maintained and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility for people of all ages, with ramps and elevators available for those who needed them.

For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have loved to see handrails installed in the bathroom. This small addition could provide extra support and stability, especially when getting in and out of the shower.
